Thinking minds

When there is no application of mind, when mindless and brainless persons are placed in authority positions, when persons in authority positions just rely on a ‘cut and paste culture’ and when they consider the constitution only a book to be kept on the shelf in the law library, then this non-application of mind always bounces back.Had persons in authority positions ever applied their minds, this country would not have suffered so much as we see and experience nowadays. Our system demands an extensive overhaul so that thinking minds are placed in authority positions.Hashim AbroIslamabad
