PESHAWAR: District administration arrested 78 persons during a three-day drive against profiteering and hoarding.The administration launched the drive to curtail the artificial shortage of products in the market. During the drive, officials visited fruit and vegetable markets, grocery stores and dairy shops. The officials arrested 78 persons for overcharging general public for fruits, vegetables and other daily use items. The arrested persons also included nanbais and restaurants’ managers for using CNG cylinders.
