KARACHI: Rana Fawad, owner of Lahore Qalaners which seems to have its stars crossed this season as well, has come forth apologizing to the people of Lahore for finishing off last, this Pakistan Super League (PSL) edition as well.Talking to Geo News, the franchise owner who is adored by many expressed his regret and disappointment for the loss faced by the team in the tournament. "I am really sad after this recent loss. What hopes can I one have on the team where the captain is injured," he stated adding that: "This time the players will also be held accountable.”He went on to say that he had even visited the Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalander’s shrine, praying for his sins to be forgiven. Earlier today, the Qalanders had endured a massive defeat at the hands of Multan Sultans in the 29th match of PSL’s fourth edition in Karachi, thereby disabling them from qualifying for the play-offs.
