Karachi Kings vs Peshawar Zalmi: PSL 2019, Match 30, Preview

The 30th Twenty20 match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) – 2019 is being played at the National Stadium, Karachi on Monday (March 11) at 7.00 pm. This will be the second match on the same day and the fourth successive match at Karachi. However, their NRR of 0.376 is lesser than the Zalmi, who have secured 0.566 and if Peshawar wins their last match against Karachi they will snatch the first position from Quetta.The highest total by Karachi Kings is 190/5 which they made last night’s thrilling encounter against Quetta Gladiators.Peshawar Zalmi’s highest total in the tournament is 177/5 which they scored against Islamabad United at Dubai on march 1.The highest run-getter for Karachi Kings is Liam Livingstone, who has made 285 runs at an average of 35.62 with three fifties in nine matches while Imam-ul-Haq scored the most runs for Peshawar Zalmi – 198 at an average of 24.75 with two half-centuries in eight matches.The highest wicket-taker for Peshawar Zalmi is their fast-medium bowler Hasan Ali, who captured 18 wickets (ave 12.72) in nine matches. He has taken four wickets in an innings on three occasions – the most by any bowler in the tournament. The 19-year-old left-arm spinner, Umer Khan has claimed the most wickets for Karachi Kings.
