Misplaced priorities

I have always wondered how power shifted from the East to the West, The only reason comes in my mind is that Western countries invested heavily in their educational system rather than spending on luxurious lives like Muslim leaders of that time did. Today, Pakistan is facing political and economic crises. And why should it not?The PTI government led a crackdown on corruption. This is a good initiative, but, meanwhile, it should also consider taking steps towards improving the education sector.Sajjad Ali BrohiShahdadkot
