Judicial reforms

In Pakistan, judicial reforms are necessary to ensure the timely disposal of cases. Pakistan’s courts are facing a major issue of pending cases. Compared to other countries, Pakistan has complicated, lengthy, and expensive court procedures.There is a dire need to introduce a specific time limit for the disposal of a case.
