I live in Kot Bunglow, a city in the Khairpur district, where, due to negligence of the authorities, a blessing has turned into an agony. The recent continuous rain spell in the city has flooded almost all parts of the city.Dirty sewerage water is seeping out of the drains which were already filled to the brim with trash. The standing water has made it difficult for pedestrians to walk on the streets. The elected representatives must pay attention to our neglected city.Tanveer Hyder HalepotoKot Bunglow
