Transparency is a lifeline for an effective system. In our country, the CSS exam used to be a benchmark for other competitive exams. But in a bid to leak the paper, some people have cast a dark shadow over the credibility of this prestigious exam. The FIA has booked the accused and initiated a probe into the matter. So far it has been found out that the accused demanded a hefty amount of money in return of this governmental malfeasance.This news has not only left every hard-working aspirant flabbergasted, but also tarnished the exam’s reputation. I think now it will be increasingly difficult for the authorities concerned to revive people’s belief in the transparency of the CSS exam.
