With Spring comes the advent of spring/summer fashion. You may think that points to the lawn season but we get much more excited by fashion week! We’re happy to report that Fashion Pakistan Week Spring/Summer 2019 is just round the corner and is all set to take place in Karachi next month. The three-day event promises to be bigger and better this time. The dates of the event were recently announced on Fashion Pakistan Council’s official Instagram handle that states that the event will take place from March 12 to 14. “Calling all fashion aficionados and media,” reads the post. “The wait is over! Fashion Pakistan Council is all set to host Spring/Summer 2019 Fashion Week and it’s going to be even more glamorous this time.”According to our sources, what we know so far is that Sana Safinaz will have a solo show on Day 1. Also, rumour has it that Sania Maskatiya’s fresh off the New York Ramp collection will be on display. Ather Hafeez, who has designed collections for Fashion Pakistan in previous years (and these days helms the AlKaram design team), will be back with a sleek new collection. We’ll keep getting updates on the lineup.
