PPP workers leave for Ghari Khuda Bakhsh

NANKANA SAHIB: Hundreds of workers of the Pakistan Peoples Party (Lahore division) Wednesday left for Ghari Khuda Baksh to participate in the death anniversary of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Shaheed.Addressing the workers, Lahore division president Rai Shah Jahan Bhatti said ZAB refused to bow before a dictator and preferred gallows to democracy. He said Bhutto was a philosophy. He said ZAB collected the Muslims across the world on a platform and arranged conference of Islamic countries. Information secretary Mian Tariq said Bhutto made the country an atomic power and made defence of the country impregnable.Farewell: District and Sessions Judge Sohaib Ahmad Wednesday held a farewell meeting with DPO Muhammad Naveed at DPO office.The out-going District and Sessions Judge Sohaib Ahmad said the judiciary and police should provide justice to people jointly.
