Pan Fried Prawns

recipeWith the weather heating up, we wanted to come up with a simple dish that matches the hot summer season but is also super easy to make. This week, You! collaborates with cooking expert Lubna Shariff, who shares her yummy recipe of ‘Pan Fried Prawns’. Happy eating!IngredientsPrawn 5-6Soy Sauce 3 tbspGarlic 1 clovePaprika 1 tspLemon juice 1/2 tspSalt to tasteOil 1 tbspTomato paste 3 tbsp Method Heat oil; add tomato paste, soy sauce, garlic and paprika. Cook it for a few minutes. Quickly add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes as prawns do not require too much cooking. Dish it out on a serving plate.
