55 probables announced for U-17 KP Talent Hunt Program

PESHAWAR: Chief Selector Pakistan Cricket Board Inzamam-ul-Haq and former Test cricketer and wicket-keeper batsman Rashid Latif Friday announced the names of the 55 probables for the forthcoming Under-17 Talent Hunt Program of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in cricket.This was stated by Director Operations, Directorate of Sports KP Syed Saqlain Shah while talking to APP here on Friday soon after giving detail of the short-listed probables selected for the 45-day camp wherein out of 55 probables, four teams would be made for trails matches including seven One-Day and as many Twnety20s.Chief Coordinator and fast bowler Kabir Khan, Wajahat Ullah Wasti, Test cricketer Arshad Khan, fast bowler Sajid Shah, Regional District Officer and Games Coordinator Zakir Ullah, international coach Syed Jaffar Shah were also present.He disclosed that both Inzamam-ul-Haq and Rashid Latif thoroughly monitored the performance of the players during the trials held in three different sessions before short-listing the names of the 55 probables:They inclued two wicket-keeper batsmen Muhammad Zulkifal and Shah Jahan, 22 batsman: Saqib Khan, Muhammad Asad, Khalid Khan, Muhammad Sudias, Salman Khan, Imdan Ullah, Kashif Adil, Abbas Ali, Adnan Akbar, Haris Ahmad, Dost Muhammad, Muhammad Suliman, Shahzaib Khan, Muhammad Yasin, Shayan Ahmad, Afnan Ishaq, Muhammad Sharif, Sana Ullah, Ahsan Ullah, Awais Khan, Hasham Farooq, Asad Afridi, 11 spinners: Muhammad Shoaib, Hilal Ahmad, Shahid Khan, Ezat Ullah, Shahab Khan, Muhamamd Umair, Huzaifa Hakeem, Abdul Jalil, Sudais Khan, Haseen Ullah Khan, Mohsin Riaz, the fast bowler comprising Muhammad Ilyas, Adil Naz, Mohsin Khan, Syed Zain Ali Shah, Hunain Hafeez, Haris Ali Shah, Ibrar Ahmad, Asad Iqbal, Sohaib Ahmad, Hasnain Rahman, Haris Ahmad, Deedar Ahmad, Muhammad Ayaz, Usama Afridi, Mustafa Khan, Muhammad Idrees, Muhammad Ahmad, Muhammad Faizan and Farman Ullah.The selected probables would go under rigorous training and coaching besides playing matches.Kabir Khan on this occasion said that they would make a data of performance of each player in the trial matches before selecting final 20 players to be kept for two years in the long duration camps.
