LAHORE: Lahore city district government on Wednesday lodged six cases, including one against renowned actor Fawad Khan, for not cooperating with polio teams.Officials said the cases were registered in police station Faisal Town and Model Town. They said the case against Fawad Khan was registered at the Faisal Town police station. Fawad refused the polio team to administer polio drops to children present in his house as well as he also instigated other residents to deny administering polio drops to their children by the polio team. The case against Fawad was registered on the directions of Lahore DC Saleeha Saeed. She said anyone creating hindrance in the job of polio teams would be booked. She appealed the citizens to cooperate with the polio teams.
