Paramilitary Rangers on Wednesday claimed to have arrested six suspects in raids in various parts of the city. According to a Sindh Rangers spokesperson, four men were arrested in the Sir Syed area of District Central on charges of involvement in various cases of street crimes. They were identified as Hazrat Bilal alias Bilal, Kamran, Yasin alias Aslah and Amir alias Memon.The spokesperson said that one of the suspects, Bilal, was affiliated with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London. Two more suspects were arrested during a raid in the Khokhrapar area. The men, identified as Saleem and Waqar alias Soni, were alleged to be involved in cases of robberies.Paramilitary soldiers also claimed to have seized arms and ammunitions from their possession of the suspects, who were later handed over to the police for further legal proceedings.
