Islamabad: It is the responsibility of students to lead the Muslim world towards socioeconomic development.This was stated by International Islamic University President Dr. Ahmed Yousif A-Draiweesh during a meeting with a group of Indonesian students, who called on him in his office on the main campus here.The IIU president said the presence of international students exhibited cultural diversity in the university. He said Indonesian students were always active in cultural activities and they were the real ambassador of the institution as they held key posts in own country. The IIU president said the university was pursuing the goal of internationalisation.Dr Al-Draiweesh also assured visitors of the provision of all available resources to provide the best learning atmosphere on campus.
