LAHORE: Bet Fair and Rising Down ignited the day for their trainers and owners by winning the Super Asset Cup and Faiz Ahmed Faiz Cup respectively here at the Lahore Race Club on Sunday.Bet Fair was believed for having a knack of a supreme performance and it did it by maintaining its reputation in the Super Asset Cup while Rising Down was expected for a push over upstaging the favourites and it did in style pushing aside favourite to win Faiz Ahmed Faiz Cup.In the other Gawadar Plate races, the winners in order of the day were Beach Beauty, Mozrat, Amir’s Love, Timbo, Titli, Sinner. Beach Beauty was followed by Baa Aytbar in the second place in the first race of the day while Dil De Shahzadi secured third place.The second race saw Mozart taking the pole position. Alex settled for second position and success at the third position came for Successful. The third race had Amir Love's as the winner. Furious and Sweet Sania were second and third here.The fourth race was Super Asset Cup and was taken by favourite Bet Fair. Mitwa was second here and Benevolent was third.In the fifth race, Timbo stood first while Dream Secret and Salam e Dera had a dead heat place.The second mian race of the day was Faiz Ahmed Faiz Cup and the winner here was Rising Down, which was expected for a fluke. Right to Dream became second and Nawab Approach was third.In the seventh race of the day, Titli, Lisbon and Chan Punjabi were the winners of first three positions. In the eighth race Sinner was the winner, Toronto was second and Rat Ki Rani finished third.
