Greek Super League reduced to 14 teams

ATHENS, Greece: The Greek Super League will be cut to 14 from 16 teams next season, the country’s football authorities decided on Monday. The decision means that the bottom three teams at the end of this Super League season will be relegated. The 13th placed club will be involved in a play-off with the runner-up in the Football League to determine which plays in the top flight in 2019/20.
