5 held for looting houses in garb of servants

Islamabad: Islamabad Shalimar Police Station has arrested five persons for their involvement in ransacking houses in garb of domestic servants and recovered valuables and cash from their possession, the police spokesman Tuesday said.He said a team of Shalimar police station headed by DSP Haq Nawaz arrested five persons indulged in looting houses after getting jobs as domestic servants.Police have obtained their remand from the court while looted valuables including cash, cameras and one 30 bore pistol along with ammunition were recovered from their possession. They have been identified as Mushtaq, Khuram Shahzad, Aamir Shehzad, Ramzan and Akbar.
