Conceptualized, produced and directed by SOC Films, led by two-time Academy Award winner Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, the series is a public awareness campaign that aims to educate people about the importance of climate change and global warming. With the fourth outing, SOC Films hopes to critically engage the audience about taking care of the environment by becoming more empathic and aware.Though each short film from the Climate Change Animated Series is around two to three minutes long, it stresses on the issues surrounding rapid global warming that will soon become irreversible. The animated videos are in Urdu with English subtitles so as to cater to most citizens of Pakistan and make them understand what steps can be taken to bring about a positive, collective change.
