CHITRAL: The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) elected office-bearers for upper and lower Chitral on Thursday. Sartaj Ahmed Khan and Rehmat Ghazi were elected as presidents, respectively, for Lower nad Upper Chitral, respectively.Aftab Tahir was elected general secretary for Upper Chitral, Sardar Hakim Khan, president and Habibullah general secretary, for tehsil Mastuj; Allauddin president for Mulkhow.
