Mahira Khan reveals more about her character, Noori, in Superstar

Actress Mahira Khan is gearing up for her upcoming film Superstar and will also make a special appearance in Asim Raza’s Parey Hut Love. After, ‘Bekaraan’, the first song from Superstar was released recently, the Humsafar star had another ‘Ask Mahira’ session on her official Twitter handle, where she spilled the beans on her character in the film.Mahira not only shared that it’s been a pleasure working with her co-star Bilal Ashraf, she also said that she is really looking forward to everyone seeing what he has done in this film.What was the biggest challenge in preparing for the character Noori in Superstar? A fan asked to which Mahira responded that it was “to stay true to her. To be able to feel for her struggle and pain for the dreams she lost and the price she paid for those she achieved.”When another fan asked her how was the experience of being Noori, she said that “more than Noori, just being on set with people who were happy and trying to make the best of what they had was amazing. I felt like a new actor again. Noor[i] is love.”Apart from this, when someone asked if her character Noor[i] is similar to Mahira in real life? She revealed that Noor[i] is like Khirad, the character she essayed in Humsafar. “She reminds me of me in a lot of ways, yes,” she added.On parting note, Mahira said, “I love you all; your love warms my heart each time.
