Animals need special care. Other countries take animal care seriously. For example, in Turkey people keep water and food for stray dogs and cats on the streets. European countries find safe homes for animals. In Pakistan, though, we harm stray dogs, donkeys, and cats. Dead dogs lying on the roads is a common enough sight. The concerned department must ensure that there is an effort to preserve the health and care of animals.Mujeeb AliLarkana
