Intellectual corruption

Pakistan today suffers from widespread corruption — of all forms and manifestations. That includes intellectual corruption and intellectual dishonesty. All public-sector organizations face intellectual corruption and I think this type of corruption is worse than traditional dishonesty. It is as heinous an offence as fiscal corruption. I often think and ask this question: ‘How do these intellectually corrupt and dishonest persons placed in authority positions get comfy after committing repeated intellectual corruptions and dishonesty?’ Is there anyone who can take notice of this increasing intellectual corruption and dishonesty, coupled with fiscal and administrative corruption, in various public sector organizations?Hashim AbroIslamabad
