you & meModel turned actor Akbar Ali, shot to fame three good years ago when he was a student of BS Media Sciences. As a university assignment, Akbar produced a number of short films and garnered applause for not only its production, but also for his acting abilities. Soon with his good looks, Akbar caught the eye of a talent hunt company which booked him for a portfolio. His good luck clicked and Akbar bagged his first break for a telecom company. Akbar then lend his contemporary style and sex appeal to an array of ads and brands such as Fruito, Vivo, 7up, Rooh-Afza, Service Shoes, Oxford and Grace. He also did modelling for designers like HSY, MNR, and big companies like Gul Ahmed and Al-Karam. With no signs of slowing down, the model made a smooth transition into acting with his debut serial ‘Rangdari’. Currently, the aspiring actor is keenly reading the scripts he is being offered.
