Today marks World Poetry Day celebrated annually on 21st March. The day is widely observed to show how poetry can be a way to start a conversation on various issues including mental health. Poetry is seen as a way to tackle difficult topics specially regarding mental health, as writing about your thoughts creates a way of expressing things that you may be struggling to put out into words. Poetry also speaks about common humanity and our shared values, transforming the simplest of poem into a powerful catalyst for dialogue and peace. This makes every form of poetry unique, with each one having its own worth and value by which the poet expresses his or her feelings and thoughts in creative way.One of the best things about poetry is that its free from all boundaries and limitations.
