TIMERGARA: Speakers at function here on Sunday urged parents to invest in future of their children by imparting them the quality education that would lead to overall development in society.They said nations needed education for development instead of roads and buildings. Addressing the function arranged by a private educational institution, Air Foundation School and College Timergara, GCMHS Timergara Principal Humayun Khan, AFSCT resident director Malik Sultan Yousuf, CEO Paradise City Nowshera Jehan Alam Yousafzai, principal Muhammad Khaliq, educationist Farid Khan, advocate Jehan Dastagir, nazim Malakabad neighbourhood council Malik Nawab Alam and others said that education was key to the economic and political development of a nation.A number of students, parents, local elders and elected local government representatives attended the event. Children presented national songs, tableaus, cultural show and speeches, while attracted appreciation. Prizes and certificates were distributed among position-holder students.
