MALAKWAL: Eight huts were burnt to ashes due to a short circuit here. Labourers, including Arshad, Nadeem, Manzoor, Arif, Shamim, Ikraam and Khurshid, lived with their families in huts at Mohallah Islamnagar. On the day of the incident, their huts caught fire. As a result, valuables were burnt to ashes. The Rescue 1122 staffers reached the spot and extinguished the fire.
