PhD thesis defended

Islamabad : Naqeeb Hussain Shah has successfully defended his PhD thesis in the Department of Social Work at Peshawar University, says a press release.The scholar has submitted his thesis on ‘Impact of Retirement on the Life of the Elderly People in Peshawar, Pakistan.’ His dissertation was approved as original, analytical, objectively written and useful in current scenario of senior citizens as the fastest rising population group.The thesis has been supervised by Prof. Dr. Basharat Hussain while the study was evaluated by Prof. Dr. Christine Walsh (Calgary University, Canada), Prof Dr. Jhon Ras (University Zululand, South Africa), Prof. Dr. Ghulam Yaseen (University of Sargodha) Prof Dr. Arab Naz (Malakand University) for the award of PhD degree. Naqeeb Hussain Shah, Assistant Professor in Social Work currently working as Chairman of the department of Social Work and Sociology, Kohat University of Science & Technology, Kohat.
