Man killed in accident

TAKHTBHAI: One person was killed and another injured when a car of a wedding procession hit bike riders apparently in a bid to overtake on Takht Bhai-Takkar Road on Sunday. Police said Bashir Khan died on the spot while Sher Alam, the accountant of Rescue 11, sustained injuries in the road mishap. Sher Alam was shifted to a hospital in Peshawar. The police registered the case at the Takht Bhai Police Station and launched the investigation.
