Pooja Bhatt recalls Nieni post her sad demise

Head of Geo TV’s entertainment desk Nadia Rafi, who we lovingly remember as Nieni, passed away on Tuesday after a prolonged battle with cancer. She left so many friends from the industry in shock and pain at the loss of this fabulous woman who shone like a beacon even in the darkest of times; her family, friends and loved ones have been remembering her as the great human being that she was. Amongst Nieni’s loved friends is Bollywood film director and former actress Pooja Bhatt, who expressed her grief on losing Nieni, a “dear friend” of hers.“I don’t think I am ever going to process this reality... that the brightest, nicest individual I had the privilege of calling a dear friend has gone,” she wrote on her Instagram handle, in a state of shock and disbelief.“Your laughter, mirth and irrepressible capacity to exude joy and exert grace under much pressure shall resonate and echo in the void you leave in us all. RIP Nieni. See you sooner than later amongst the constellations, in a land where love precedes everything and more,” she added.
