Sajal Aly and Ahad Raza Mir to co-star in an upcoming TV serial

Award-winning author and screenwriter Farhat Ishtiaq has to her credit the mammoth hit Humsafar, the strong and socially-relevant Udaari and the most recent Yakeen Ka Safar, among numerous others to her name. She recently revealed in a Twitter exchange that her next project will feature Ahad Raza Mir and Sajal Aly as co-stars.Responding to one of her fans, who had asked her to share some details about her upcoming projects, the acclaimed writer said that a new drama serial was coming soon.This news made her fans anxious and excited. As they further asked the writer to share details about her next venture, Ishtiaq shared the cast for her upcoming serial. She revealed that it features Ahad Raza Mir, Sajal Aly, veteran actor Adnan Siddiqui, Zarnish Khan as well as Mira Sethi. Known for highlighting romance and social issues in a unique way in her writing, Farhat Ishtiaq went on say that the untitled television play is a romance thriller. She added that her new series is not an adaptation of any of her novels and she has written an original screenplay for the small screen.
