LAHORE: A two-member delegation comprising of Mr Dale Hudson and Dr Fawzia Afzal Khan from New York University (NYU), Abu Dhabi Campus visited the Institute for Art and Culture (IAC) Monday. IAC's Vice-Chancellor Professor Sajida Vandal welcomed the distinguished guests. During the discussion, the possibilities of collaboration and exchange programmes between the two institutions were discussed. IAC’s Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor Pervaiz Vandal, Dean School of Arts Professor Zafar Iqbal and Professor Shahid Nadeem were also present.After the meeting, Dale Hudson showed his work projects related to film and television studies and gave presentation also, whereas Dr Fawzia Afzal Khan screened her documentary comprising of noteworthy woman musicians of Pakistan. The documentary gave a detailed insight of contribution made by women composers to the entertainment industry.The delegation also visited the IAC's art gallery, studios and auditorium and interacted with the faculty members and students as well. Professor Sajida vandal while thanking the delegation said that it was the beginning of long-lasting association and important programmes regarding students learning hopefully will be commenced in the future.
