The cost of war

Does Modi know the horrendous consequences of war? Modi’s belligerence is a threat to peace not only in the South Asia region, but also in the rest of the world. Instead of waging war against its neighbour, India should accept Pakistan’s offer to conduct peace talks diplomatically. The international community, especially the UN, should bring India to the negotiating table. Doing so can ensure peace in the region and beyond.Syed Fakhar Imam ( Pakpattan )
