Qaim Ali Shah gets pre-arrest interim bail

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday granted pre-arrest interim bail to former Sindh chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah till April 8 against surety bonds of Rs1 million.A division bench of Islamabad High Court, comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, took up the petition seeking pre-arrest interim bail. The court directed Qaim to cooperate with the ongoing investigation by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).He had filed a plea with the Islamabad High Court (IHC) for pre-arrest interim bail, as he had received a call-up notice by the National Accountability Bureau to appear before it on March 27.
