ISLAMABAD: Pakistan hit the gold medal galore in the Special Olympics under way in Abu Dhabi as tally reached 17 with female unified gold in basketball Thursday. Maham Ahmad, Safina Saif, Faiza Qayum, Zainab and Filza Farhan combined in to earn gold for the country in basketball. Following is the complete tally of gold and other medals Pakistan have won so far. Gold medal winners: Shumaila Rubab (Athletics-200m); Hur Mushtaq (Athletics-1500m); Farzana Rehamat (Athletics-Shotput/jumping); Gold; Ammar Shahid (Athletics-High Jump); Amber Ikhlaq (Athletics-3000m); Maham Zehra (Cycling-2k); Imran Ghaffar (Cycling-2k/5k); Samreen Fazal (Cycling-500m); Imran Arif (Powerlifting-Squat); Football team event 7-aside male; Faisal Khan (Tennis-singles); Sajida Bibi (Tennis-singles); Sajida Bibi and Eraj (Tennis-doubles-Unified); Athletics-4x100m relay); Hina Arif (Bocce-doubles); Nimra Tariq (Bocce-doubles); Female Unified (Basketball).
