ISLAMABAD: New Zealand authorities have confirmed killing of six Pakistani nationals while three others are still missing.Also Read: New Zealand mosque attack terrorist charged with murderForeign Office spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal said in his tweet from personal account that New Zealand authorities have confirmed the dead of six Pakistanis identified as Mr. Sohail Shahid; Syed Jahandad Ali; Syed Areeb Ahmed; Mr. Mahboob Haroon; Mr. Naeem Rashid and his son Mr. Talha Naeem.He added that other three missing Pakistanis are still being identified.Read More: Pakistani father, son martyred in bid to stop Christchurch mosque shootingThe foreign office, earlier on Friday, said that four Pakistani nationals had been injured in the terrorist attack on two Mosques in New Zealand, adding that five other Pakistani nationals were missing following the shootings.The brutal attacks on two Christchurch mosques left at least 49 Muslim worshippers dead Friday.The attack on the Al Noor and Linwood mosques has been labelled terrorism by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and is thought to be the deadliest attack directed against Muslims in the West in modern times.
