Here’s how to get Taiser Town, Scheme-45 application forms

KARACHI: The Malir Development Authority (MDA) has announced a low cost residential scheme in Taiser Town, Scheme-45 in Karachi.The Silk Bank is aithorised to sale and receive the applications forms, however, the same can be filled online on MDA website. Important instructions:Separate forms will be required for each category application. The applicant will choose one category of the plot if he/she successes in more than one category after balloting.Successful candidates in the previous balloting by MDA Taiser Town are not eligible to apply.The application processing fee is non-refundable.The booking fee will be returned in PO form to the unsuccessful applicant after deducting PKR 100 plus FED as bank charges.The price of the plot doesn't include development and utility charges.
