This is the reason why our culture of shopping thrives every year and leaves room to innovate for many new brands and clothing outlets in all the cities of Pakistan. Several brands position their name for a certain group of women but something they find common in every lot is that all women love clothes. Hence, the production of clothes increases with the demand.Keeping this in mind, Hina Rathore opened up her first brand store in Karachi. She started her brand back in 2012 where she introduced her designs with stylish cuts in the market. She has participated in numerous local and international events and exhibitions. Rathore’s first event was held at Ensembles and last year she showcased her collections at ‘Eid Souk’ exhibition as well. Hina Rathore is a made-to-order brand and people can order at the flagship store. The hair and makeup of models was done by Neelos Salon and the event was handled by Take-II. The launch event was held at the store located at Bukhari Commercial in DHA. Models wearing Hina Rathore designs performed a fashion walk at the launch showcasing some beautiful ensembles by the designer including her first collection called ‘Khuld’, which in Arabic means paradise. The event was also attended by prominent personalities from the blogger and media community. Hina is confident that the women in current times have a stronger role and stance in the society today than before, and that should be reflected through their personality. This is what exactly the brand Hina Rathore is about. She plays around with pure silk, chiffon and organza. The dresses are intricately designed by skilled karigars which gives each dress the exclusivity in its own. At the launch, Hina told, “My brand’s motive is to make today’s women feel strong and confident in their own skin. We focus on enhancing women of today by styling them with grace. The main focus for Hina Rathore is to work with stylish cuts and keeping the essence of the fabric alive.”—Mubashir Ahmed
