Showing repentance upon his unjust stance toward Muslims, the broadcaster Chris Lynch has apologised for an anti-islamic column he wrote in 2017, which has been removed now.Seeking the forgiveness, Lynch shared a statement on Twitter admitting he was "ashamed" of his remarks he had passed two years ago."I look back on my comments ashamed," wrote the Newstalk ZB host."Learning more about different cultures, unlike my own is vital for understanding and conveying kindness. I'm sorry."The broadcaster reportedly said that in future he will choose his words more carefully.Earlier this week Media company NZME reportedly removed some of its online content in the wake of the Christchurch shootings because it was "upsetting people."The broadcaster's column titled "Does Islam have any place in NZ public swimming pools?" was among the removed content.
