Actress Mawra Hocane, who is currently essaying a principal role in Ehteshamuddin’s period drama, Aangan, alongside Sajal Aly and Ahad Raza Mir, recently shared a beautiful motivational message on social media, urging people to be grateful for everything. “Just a reminder that each one of us has seen bright days followed by dark clouds, calmness followed by restlessness, we have all cried into our pillows and self helped ourselves out of them,” she wrote on her official Instagram handle. The actress, who made her big screen debut in Pakistan with Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 last year, added, “Now is the time to give ourselves a pat on the back for going through all the ups and downs, emotional upheavals and turmoil, showing strength and grace and making it to the other side of the dark tunnel. Life isn’t meant to be easy, it may be one tunnel after the other but when you’re out of it don’t forget to catch a quick glimpse at the beautiful rainbows and breathe in the magical moments.”Mawra further said that it’s okay to not be okay and that it’s brave to face it. “Breathe in the extraordinary good of the world, breathe out the bad every now and then for you can out do it with perseverance,” she wrote, adding that it is heroic to let tears roll down your face and eventually reach that moment where you pull your scattered pieces together. “Be at it, keep going. Be your own friend and be kind to yourself.”
