Mahira Khan, who is currently gearing up for her upcoming film Superstar and will also have a special appearance in Asim Raza’s Parey Hut Love, recently had another session of ‘Ask Mahira’ on her official Instagram handle. She was on a roll and gave some great responses to her curious fans.Mahira not only gave a sneak peek into her film, Superstar, via a black and white picture of herself and co-star Bilal Ashraf but also revealed that it has been a pleasure working with him. Apart from this, she spoke about her favorite beauty products, how important it is to keep one’s skin moisturized and emphasized on cleansing your face before you go to sleep among other things. When asked whether there is any cure for depression, the Verna actress shared a piece of advice to those who are suffering from mental illnesses, urging them not to be afraid to speak up about depression. “Don’t be afraid of getting help. Talk about it. Ask questions. Read. Reach out to people,” she responded. “There is no shame in reaching out for help. Sometimes talking therapy helps. Other times meds do. But it’s important to go to the right people who can guide you through it,” added Mahira.
