MANSEHRA: Member National Assembly (MNA) Saleh Muhammad Khan has said the government is sincerely working for the establishment of Hazara Electric Supply Company (Hesco) for better services to domestic and commercial consumers in the division.“The government has finalised a strategy to create more electricity supply companies for better management in the country and Hesco is one of them,” the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf MNA told reporters here.He said Federal Minister for Water and Power Umar Ayub Khan had told a party meeting that Hesco would soon be operational bringing better electricity services for the consumers.“The core issues of the staff shortage and prolonged and unscheduled loadshedding would be addressed in Hazara and other parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after the establishment of the company,” said Saleh Muhammad.He said that pylons and electric transformers in a large number were being installed in remote parts of the district to address low voltage issue.“The existing feeders are being bifurcated for better and uninterrupted electricity supply in the city and its suburbs,” he added.
