CSirloin Steak (sliced into about 4-inch pieces) 1 lb

Small baby potatoes 8

Baby Carrots 8-10

Red bell pepper (cubed) 1

Green bell pepper (cubed) 1

Pearl onions 12

Salt 1 tsp

Black pepper 1 tsp

Olive Oil 1 tbsp

Lemon (big) 1

For Garlic herb and spiced butter

Unsalted butter (room temperature) 1/2 cup

Freshly chopped cilantro 1/4 cup

Dry basil 1 tsp

Italian herb mix 1 tsp

Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp

Fresh turmeric (chopped) 1 tsp

Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Black pepper (freshly ground) 1/2 tsp

METHOD

In a medium-sized bowl add the potatoes, carrots, bell pepper and onions. Add salt and pepper and toss with olive oil. To make the garlic herb butter: In a small bowl add the butter, cilantro, basil, Italian herb mix, garlic, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix together. Divide the sliced pieces of steak for 4-5 foil packets. Place 4 (18x12) inch pieces of heavy aluminium foil on counter. Place steak and top with a tablespoon of garlic butter. Add a slice of lemon and evenly place vegetable mixture. Wrap the foil and keep aside. Place the foil packets on the grill and cover. Grill 15 min or until steak is cooked through and veggies are tender. If you have a grill with temperature, maintain it at 300 degrees. If baking, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and bake for about 25 minutes. Carefully open packets and serve.
